I wish I would have met you FAR earlier because you have been the best rep I have EVER worked with. You've bent over backwards to get us a quality product. I remember the time we ordered really nice travel mugs and the lids we got were not very tight, I called you and told you about it and in one day you had the company ship us brand new lids that fit perfectly!
